High Efficiency Particulate Arresting (HEPA) air filters remove 99.97% of airborne particles including tiny mold spores as well as bacteria and viruses. The filter looks like a small pad of woven fibers. As particles pass through the fibers they rub against the fibers and “stick”. Mrs.GreensCleans uses the Dyson DC17 which is equipped with a lifetime HEPA filter which can easily be removed and cleaned.
